Sustainability
We are committed to preserving our natural environment through an environmentally sustainable and socially responsible product system.
Say yes to palm oil - but to the right one!
Sustainability is an integral part of Daabon's corporate mission. From the farmers who plant and care for the palm tree, to the mill workers and technicians who extract and refine the oil, to the consumers who buy products made from our palm oil, Daabon is committed to improving the lives of everyone.

Protection of the unique nature
As Daabon, we have always followed a zero deforestation policy and sustainably care for the protection of Colombia's unique nature and the preservation of plants and biodiversity.
Every drop of Daabon palm oil contributes to the preservation and protection of our unique planet.

Global demand is growing steadily
For 10 billion people, around 80 million additional tons of vegetable oil will be needed in 2050 - it is up to you whether you continue to rely on land-intensive oilseeds such as soy, sun or rapeseed or support sustainable palm oil.

Agricultural land is becoming scarce
It is up to you to decide whether another 200 million hectares of soy will be cultivated by 2050 or whether one tenth of the area will be enough for Palm.

CO₂ can be saved
It is up to you to decide whether 280 million tons of CO2 can be saved annually for the more oil (derived from the difference of 1t CO2 per ton of Colombian palm oil versus 4.5t for soybean oil , derived from More sustainable vegetable oil: Balancing productivity with carbon storage opportunities - ScienceDirect)
Sustainability is respect for all forms of life.
Working with nature, and never against it.– Patricia Apreza, Director of Social Management, Daabon -
